The breakfast was good. The server was attentive when asked for additional coffee cups and pancake batter. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable.

The check in process was exceptional the lady at the desk was very pleasant. She gave recommendations on where to eat at. She also put me and my other family members near each other on the same floor even though we booked our reservations online at different times. My room was clean. I stayed for 2 nights and the next day when I got back, I had fresh towels and my bed was made so great job to the cleaning crew also! If my son ever happens to do a tournament in Dickson again, we will stay at this location again!

We were in Dickson, TN visiting family for Christmas. It's definitely the nicer hotel in the area. We've stayed at 3 other hotels in Dickson and the Holiday Inn Express was by far the nicest, totally worth the price. The friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff helped with getting the best room to meet our needs upon arrival. The room was clean and well laid out, no lingering odors from cleaning fragrance. The bed was comfortable and the provided linens were cozy. There was a good selection at the hot breakfast, and check in/check out was easy. The location is tucked away behind O'Charley's restaurant and 2 gas stations/shopettes.

This was the absolute BEST breakfast I’ve had at a hotel and the woman who works the breakfast is so sweet and personable! And the guest services desk was beyond amazing!

Super clean. Easy check in. They let us check in early. Nice pool, but the water was a little chilly. Location was ok. Close to a couple good restaurants. One other thing, all the doors were interior.

The staff was very helpful and friendly despite my rowdy family (probably at least 20 different rooms all from the same wedding happening in town) The rooms were clean, AC was cold, the pool was open and the warm breakfast buffet was open which was a pleasant surprise since I am used to seeing the grab bag breakfasts for the past year due to COVID. Also has Telsa chargers in the parking lot for you electric car folks.

We loved our stay here! Everyone was very friendly especially Jessica working the breakfast area! Everything was clean and comfortable! The kids loved that the pool was open until 11 pm! We will definitely stay here when we come back! Thank you!
